Manufacture

Products are assembled in clean rooms. We have strict instruction sheets for each assembly step for workers to follow. Our assembly workers have received cross-functional training and turn out products with efficiency and stable quality.

Quality Assurance System

All Delta manufactured product is 100% inspected to assure the best possible conformity with specifications. Delta boasts a ratio of one QA/QC technician for every 8.2 assembly technicians. There are posted bi-lingual specification standards at all workstations.

Facilities

Delta’s primary facility is a modern 6000 M2 (65,000 sq ft) factory located 90 minutes north of Shanghai's Pudong airport.
